This is great! At first glance, I thought this was a picture of a sailor from the 50's or something. I didn't even realize the boa until I saw your comments. Seeing the boa certainly adds humor to the overall picture.

I love the processing on this picture. I wish I had just a fraction of the skill you have when it comes to processing a picture. I remember my mom looking through old pictures of my grandmothers and seeing some similar to this with the grain and such. I like the colors you chose and how the shadow from the catwalk falls on the sand. It almost looks like a sidewalk there or something. Fantastic job!

I like how the balloons really take up the frame and how the Happy Birthday on the center balloon seems to pop right out at me. My oldest is 9. I can't stop thinking that we are half way to 18 and how quickly the first 9 years went by.

I really like your processing on this Sandy. It almost looks like a painting. I think you really captured the delicateness of the horse with her gently taking food from the child's hand. Horses are so beautiful!
