This is a most interesting flower - I\'ve never seen one. What kind is it? I think I would have preferred this on a solid black backgound. It\'s just dark enough to barely see it, but I find myself looking harder at that since there is a little showing. There is a little bit of grain as well... not sure if that was intentional.

My husband took up white water kayaking this past summer and sold his recreational kayak. I'm keeping my rec boat... I'll just photograph from the side. :-) Hard to believe this guy is in the water in Maryland in Dec/Jan. Amazing!
