The editing has destroyed the natural qualities of the image, this can be doe well, or it can butcher color photography. Im going to say this does neither, it's creative in all aspect (including the title) and demonstrates a great sense of humor. I love the ummm... uhh... change of mood but it lacks photographic qualities. Maybe letting us see a little sky would help?

Nice, I just wish you had an adult in the photo. Kids generally aren't very scary, ganster, mobster, dark, etc. Also, the tones on the kids skin make him look like he has a tan, and overall the lighting situation isn't the best. Nice concept, Ill give you that: 4/10

Nice try, but the smoke kind of invades the entire image, and instead of giving that strange "wisps" look, it just kind of taints the picture blue. 3/10

The smoke is a little too scattered. A good smoke texture image has a good flowing pattern of smoke, this one is all over the place. Nice try though: 4/10

Fantastic! Hands down, 7/10 best one I've seen in this challenge. I hope you get a ribbon. The smoke just flows out of his mouth, and unlike other images of people smoking I've seen, this one is in color and the tones are perfect! Great job!
