Togetherby roy204Comment: oh man! this has great potential.. now.. hear me out.
the white on white is done beautifully, but I am looking for more DOF to see the puzzle piece that is toward the rear. A bit of too much highlight on the front piece making the back edge lose definition.
I really like it... don't get me wrong.
I think this was clever. |

James Bond's Assassinationby labudsComment: Well, I guess you got me... and a bunch of others. I know you stated that 'most people won't be happy to hear this' about adding elements to your photograph that weren't there. I think I feel a bit let down that this is actually closer to digital art than photography. Is it a great image? Yes. Is it a great "Photograph"... ... ... ? |

Aurora, dark sky and snowy mountains go togetherby birgirComment: I wish you hadn't posted this in the forums prior to the challenge.
We try to remain anonymous throughout the challenge.
anyway... great capture of the northern lights, however the overall image is a bit tilted. It seems you may have enhanced the saturation, because the snow has greens and magentas in it as well. I also think a horizontal crop would lend well to the motion feeling of the aurora.
good luck in the challenge :) |

A Girl and Her Pearlsby dharmesonComment: nice angle and close up. would like to see a tad better focus on the pearls. ... maybe even your hand lightly touching them. a bit grey scale..
all this is nit-picky, because I think this is generally a pleasing photograph. |

In The Grooveby kirbicComment: I think you were robbed on this shot. You should have scored much higher! I'd be interested in knowing your technique to get the different colors on each side. |

Electric Lacesby Geo_GriffinComment: I would like to see the challenge entries maintain \"photographic integrity\". Really neat that you can do this, but it transforms, imo, this photo too far to the Digital Art side. |
