Snail on dead leafby chariotComment: I find myself wishing the light was coming from the other direction. Also, nature photos should be cropped in tight around the subject. Curious: Did you take any macro shot of just the shell? |

Stunning In Any Colorby cthenkComment: I like the contrast and texture... they almost appear to be made of paper. I like the progression from bud to full bloom. They are captured in time this way, where as in color the "freshness" is assumed to soon pass. Here they are captured in a memory. I'm babbling, but I just had to tell you how it makes me feel. |

I sort-of wish I could see the whole "globe".... still.. it does a great job at leading me into the river, which does a good job of leading me into the picture. I am between a 9 and a 10....
