Congratulations on your ribbon! However, I see something that bothers me and it's the contrast between the bird and rock against the green background. It almost appears that the bird and rock were cropped out from another photo and then pasted onto the green background. I know I'm probably incorrect in that assumption but it just has that artificial feel. Regardless, looking beyond that it is a very nice and sharp photo and well done.

Very nice use of shallow DOF but it seems to emphasize the rake tool vs the lines in the sand. Composition, color and lighting all seem fine. Border is creative and matches the photo well.
