Unfortunately I find the jagged lines distracting (when viewed on my screen). I may be wrong, but I suspect that compression may have done this to your image.

Patterns galore here. IMO if the row of apartments are your main focus, then I would find the foreground to distracting.If they are not then, I would recommend a tighter crop (less sky) to emphasise the whole host of patterns in your shot.
Personally I would go for the former & focus as much as possible on the row of buildings. 6
