sunlight refrainby krnodilComment: This is purrfect. Well, maybe one nitpik. I think the bit on the right may need to be cropped out. |

Hold Onby lentilComment: 45 degrees seems to be a common choice for tilting the image. For this one, I think that's a bit too much. I feel the image would be much more dynamic if the bar were coming into the image from the top left corner. It would feel less contrived and more deliberate. |

Time Passageby creativeriComment: Though I like the feel of this image I think it misses what the challenge was about. |

Diagonal Dunkby Breeee123Comment: The diagonal adds to the dynamics of the image however I think more impact would be achieved if the orange were in focus. |

World of a vagabondby AtrocitybeanComment: I think for the tilt to work for this image it needs to be slightly less. Also, a lens hood or something to shield the light on the left would have helped reduce or eliminate the pinkish area in the image. |

Dreaming of Springby jpochardComment: My eye is drawn directly to the tulip on the left (brightest area of the photo). I think the issue is that that tulip is out of focus. The tulip in focus is in the shadows and not drawing much attention. |

Miss Kittersby bs-photosComment: *** Critique Club ***
First impressions: Focus seems to be in the right place, on the eyes
Composition: I feeling that the image is a little too static. This is probably because Kitters is a little too central. By cropping a little on the right I think would help that. The image could probably have been made more dynamic by using her front paw as a leading line into the image. As it is the paw goes across the image.
Exposure: Shooting into bright light can be a real challenge. I think fill flash or a reflector would have helped hear a great deal. As it is Kitters face is a little dark.
Impact: I think impact is lost since Kitters face is dark.
There is sparkle in the eye which is always good in a portrait.
Have fun, keep shooting.
Cheers!
