Having your center of interest ( I presume it's the object at the center of the web) out of focus does not work here. If there was nothing in the web at all and this was just an image of a spider web then it would work better. You have captured some nice detail in the foreground to serve this alternative purpose.

Mr. Hush Puppie is overexposed. There's no detail in the white areas.

Interesting effect by focusing on the fence. The fence probably needs to be a bit more substantial to make this work since the eye is constantly drawn to the out of focus wheelbarrow.

Interesting. Good use of the diagonal and offcenter subject. A little more exposure would give more emphasis to the detail in the clothespins.

Nice capture though a little more exposure would bring out the details in the dark areas of the wings. Less DOF would allow for a much more blurred background.

Good use of leading lines. The foliage and the path both lead the viewer into the background of the image though a little more light on the background could possibly add appeal.

Nice choice of subject. Chin up!!

More contrast is needed between the logs and the tortoise(?).
