Bird of Preyby xdspComment: The person adds context however I think just including the glove hand would provide enough context for this image. The muted colour of the owl blends nicely with the muted greens in the background. |

Grazingby djhockmanComment: Almost like a painting. Just the slightest bit more DOF would make it even better (me thinks). |

Early Morning in Lacosteby ckasprakComment: The reds and the earthtones work wonderfully together in this image. I do find the blown out sky and the tall grass just to the right of center a bit distracting though. |

Busy as a BEEby TeeQComment: Great use of pastel colours. The background blends nicely with the main subject though the bee maybe could be a little sharper. The sharpness of the image seems to go with the muted colours though. |

Innocenceby msieglerfrComment: The lovely colours and hint of pattern creates a nice backdrop for this portrait. It also adds context to the image. |

Broad Bill and Lantanaby scrum8Comment: Beautiful. The composition and tones in the background are wonderful however the hummingbird could be a little sharper. |

Antby Reality23Comment: Backgroung obliterated a bit too much. A little more DOF would probably help with the sharpness of the ant. |

Zoeby BlackNewfsComment: The bokeh in the foreground is a little harsh though frames the dog well. The in focus (or close to it) leaves in front of the dog are a bit distracting. |

Sailing at Sunsetby ReddenComment: It's always best to use the full size allowed. Much too small to be able to judge the quality of the image. |
