I'd possibly rearrange the components of this pic a little. Perhaps lose the cup or move it back so it's more OOF and less distracting. Then move the two sugar bowls so they're level and side-by-side. The way it looks now, it almost looks as ifthe frontmost sugarbowl is from a different shot, (although that might be your PP) hence you've had it validated.

On the whole though, I like this. It's got a nice range of tones and colours and is well lit.

Great work. I was expecting this to beat my sushi shot by miles, but in the event mine was two places below yours. The tuna in particular looks great. I'm guessing the more orangey-looking sushi at the back is wrapped in salmon?
