This is utterly superb. His face is lit brilliantly, and I love how you captured the different textures of mud/hair/wrinkles to perfection. I bet he has a story or two to tell too.

I wouldn't call the White Stripes grunge, but hey.

It's a great shot and I like the double meaning you've got - the song title as well as the muddy elephant itself. I'd be inclined to crop the space on the left and, if I'm honest, I'd like to see both eyes more clearly (perhaps move round to your left a bit) but you've handled the details on the shot very well and I like this a lot.

I'm not sure about the two poles either side. It does give a sort of natural frame to the man, but I'd be inclined to crop closer on the poles in that case. As they are they look kind of in the way.
