this is one I feel a lot of people won't get and I was about to give you a hefty DNMC until I thought it through some more and I do get it - your subject matter being fashion frozen in time rather than a specific object. It's a lovely shot but I don't think this is the right challenge for it and consequently it'll get a lover mark than it deserves. Good luck though :-)

the bird is sharp and the green/yellow background I quite like. I'd just have rotated it a little so the grass was level and maybe found some way of lightening the underside of the wings somehow.
