Duckby faidoiComment: The first thing I noticed about this image was how different it is from other waterfowl shots. I like the composition, how the duck is positioned on the left 3rd line with the dark ripples fanning out from it in the upper corners. I'm especially glad you captured it turning its head, that adds a great dynamic to the image. Nice work! |

Early Morning Graceby JMSComment: Excellent subject matter and a superb setting, especially with the fog coming off the lake. The only thing I would have criticize about this shot is the fact that the birds (not sure what they are) are much too small in the image. Of course I'm sure you were probably limited to the lens you were using, which makes things tough. Overall nice shot, I like it!
I hope this helps,

Japanese Calligraphyby sleekrComment: I definitely see the grace in this image, interesting subject.
I like the composition and the contrast you have going on here, although it might be a bit too contrasty for most people's taste. |

Gracious Guidelinesby jfaulknerComment: I like this version of a bible shot...the magnifying glass is an excellent touch as is including the binding. Centering works well in this instance, nice job.

Words of peaceby cbntmkrComment: I see where you were going with this, but feel it's a stretch by simply taking a picture of a few bible verses. I'm sorry, this is not my idea of photography. |

Crazy Creekby seancComment: Excellent interpretation of the theme, I like the blur of the water. I'm not entirely sure that keeping the color in the flowers was the way to go in this shot. I guess I'd have to see the full B&W version in order to judge the benefit of keeping some color in the shot. |

Butterflies Displayingby wookie7062Comment: Wonderful shot, absolutely graceful. Were these captured while they were flying? If so, great timing! My only nitpick would be with the leaves of the plant interfering on the left...but what can a person do about that when you've captured them so perfectly. Great shot! |

Momentum: Grace of Danceby SharQComment: Wonderful lighting, the highlights on their faces really add a sense of depth to the image. Great interpretation of the theme as well.

Long Lostby peeceeComment: I'm not precisely sure how this image ties in with Grace, but I'll assume you have a reason and not let it affect my voting. The background is really pulling my focus away from the statues. If possible, try to get rid of anything that could possibly clutter the background with high contrast objects. This not only detracts from the subject but brings the background into play when looking at an image. If it is impossible to get rid of the background clutter, creating a shallow depth of field (via larger aperture) can blur the background a bit, minimizing the backgrounds impact.
I hope this helps,
