IMO there is too much to see here and the contrast is too great, even assuming you are outlining the pigeons.

The color and focus are very good, I think the wall or whatever it is behind the bird detracts from the image.

Very good image, I think the background (furniture and ceiling) deflate the image. Finding a more neutral background could have caused the score on this one to soar.

Great story to be conveyed here, but the image lacks a sparkle. If contrast and saturation were increased a little more this one could really carry a message.
