I'm struggling with relating this to suburbia. It looks like an urban harbour. The bicycles are definitely the main elements of interest. I like how it's divided horizontally in the thirds lines, but there is a lot of negative space in the bottom half. The water line appears to be tilted, but it's probably an illusion from the slant of the hillside.

I like this a lot except for the vertical green railing support that's almost centered. I would have liked it much better if you stepped a foot, make that 30cm, to the right. Also since it's advanced editing the bluish tint on the car and other stuff in the background may have looked better toned down.

It looks like a project in progress, thus I suppose the "Genesis" part of the title. I'd rather see it finished with some stuff on the table and shelves. I like the lighting other than the blowout above the shelves.
