Day 1 ~ Journalby WriteHeartComment: I love the shades of blue. It's interesting the picture is of a journal documenting this challenge. |

day1 by scwalshComment: That's a contented cat. You should be able to come up with lots of variations on this. The paw seems to be a bit out of focus, but understandable at the size of the cat. We have 3 cats ourselves, and used to have a big orange tabby like this (originally Tigger, but became Miss Piggie). |

Forkby trevytrevComment: Wow, Trevor! Almost microscopic macro shows how asymmetrical and imperfect the tines of a typical fork are. Very good lighting. Are you going to do 30 days of the same fork? |

1. Just a spoonful of sugarby suemackComment: Originally posted by TheresaA: Just a spoon full of sugar keeps the medicine away! I really like the feel of the blue. Very cool!! |
Or helps the medicine go down. A bottle of medicine in the background would top this off nicely. Personally I'd like to see the crystals frozen as they're falling, but the transition from still to in motion is interesting too. |

Ave Mariaby grigrigirlComment: I like the picture overall. Very good lighting. It's one of those illusion type pictures. At first I thought it was a woman with a shawl turned around with her left elbow up and right hand on the table, and facing the shadow on the wall that is probably saying "Ave Maria". Closer examination shows it to be a ballet dancer with her head cut off. I'm wondering the purpose of the cut-off head. Maybe it's to disguise the figure as possibly being Mary? |

Nuns in Nikesby wtheisenhalseyComment: I like it, but can barely see the shoes, since the picture is so small and there is too much road in front. Use the 640 pixels God gave you. |

Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) Mosqueby alyamiComment: This has the makings of a nice picture, but it's not very sharp and would be better if you had more of the two guys in front visible. Maybe turning the camera sideways would accomplish that as well as removing some of the construction on the left. If I'm not mistaken I believe the horizon is off a bit. |
