Child Of The Cornby sallyjo1Comment: camoflaged face through the corn. Good one. I'm wondering if he's standing in a pit? I was thinking of doing a camoflage picture, but didn't have time or materials. |

Bearries. I see Bearries in the bushby drewhosickComment: I see the good catch of a bear peeking out from behind the tree, but I don't see your "Hide a person in your otherwise person-less photo." I'm suspecting DNMC, but won't judge it assuming you hid a person unseen by the bear. |

day 21 - The Resurrection of Georgeby boyd2000Comment: Originally posted by kteach: Very creative! What an intricate setup! I think a bit of processing could really help to bring out all of the interesting aspects that you put so much time into. Perhaps a blending layer of multiply to deepen the cauldron and bill (and erase the layer where the smoke is if it's too much), and a crop to make this more centered? I think this is the most intricate setup I've seen through this whole ordinary objects side challenge! :) |
Thank you everyone for all the nice comments throughout the 30 day challenge. You've all been too kind. This one did take some work, since I thought I'd better come up with some dramatic way to bring the possibly shredded George back to life. With the crop on the previous one you couldn't see the power was off for the shredder. I was thinking I should have held my other finger on the "Reverse" button so the power light goes on for effect, but I ran out of hands.
I have access to PS, but haven't really used it yet. I have been using MS Digital Image, which is easy to use, but probably doesn't have near the features PS does. I'll have to take the plunge and get into more advanced PP one of these days. Maybe then I won't have to reshoot so much! ;-) My wife objects to my spending a lot of time with photography, so I've been missing some challenges lately. There are some good ones now I have to try to get into.
BTW, I had a moment of openness over the past few days, so my profile shows much more intimate (not THAT intimate) details about myself. |

View of the Bullseyeby HeiSchComment: I like the effect. It looks like it's taken from behind the target with the center of it cut out and the archer aiming right at you. I hope he didn't have it drawn. That could be hazerdous to a photographer's health. The center of it isn't that sharp, but 8 for creativity |
