Single light Sourceby dmaddenComment: Beautiful scene. You've got a bit of a pink halo 'round the sunset, maybe form oversaturation? |

Post effectsby tmphComment: Yikes! I never know how to rate these... It's certainly not pretty, but it's powerful and thought-provoking, thus clearly effective. The left image, in particular, seems quite surreal. Excellent job in post, colors and textures are great.
This is getting very nit-picky, and I don't know the effects of the drugs here, but I read in this a very immediate fear, but less of the longer-term angst that I might expect or desire to see. She looks like she's afraid of someone outside the door, but not like she sees this state as a reflection of longer-term lifestyle choices...
Anyway, obviously if I'm going there I think your technicals are esentially perfect and the overall effect is really good. 10. |

Blueby EstimatedEyesComment: I really like this. The 5 shades of blue, multiple symmetries, abstract form, great texture... A nice subject and beautifully captured.
I don't know how well it would have worked, but could you change the perspective so the windowframes (vertical) were parallel to the image frame? I think (not certain) that that would improve it for me. |

Wagon in the Westby puckinComment: Nice subject, and well processed; you can see lots of great detail in the wood grain and such. Compositionally a bit dull, and the background is cluttered, which distracts from the subject. |

Picnicby GermaineComment: nice colors and scenery (California, I assume?). It has a pastoral quality, but also with some urbanesque grit. The diagonal line of the coast is a powerful compositional feature, and the seagull is a nice choice. I would have asked him to fly slightly to the left ;)
I'm not a big fan of the soft focus in this one; I haven't figured out why sometimes it works for me and sometimes not. |

Feeling it!by robinssongComment: nice picture, and beautifully lit for outdoors. Was there artificial lighting on this one? |

Saraby mkComment: This is a nice picture, of a pretty model... skin looks good to me, and the blakc shirt/background makes her stand out nicely. Her features seem maybe a little flat; perhaps a slight turn of the head or some cross lighting would help? |

Three Jolly Fellowsby wsteynComment: seriously underrated (not that a 6.1 is anything to sneeze at). This is a great pic. The amount of bokeh is perfect - emphasizes the main subject while still allowing the background to serve contextually. The duotone works well for it; gives an old-timey feel that I like. Nice work. |
