In my opinion this pic would be greatly improved without the boat in the background (though it's a pretty one, and probably should be photographed as well!), and if the camera were closer to the water. A little curves adjuestment might be good, too - I feel like the blacks are a little washed out, particularly in the wetsuit.

Light is very harsh - would be nice to have waited until the whole carving was evenly lit. Also I'd rather see the whole carving, rather than losing the top and sides.
