This image has a number of things that detract from it, IMO - it's compositionally not very interesting (centered subject), focus is a bit soft, and really needs some post-processing as it's a bit dark and "flat."

I love this shot... very emotive to me. Peaceful, yet ever so vaguely threatening. I'm fascinated by abandoned buildings, and the lives they once held... I can't help but think of the time and love that went into constructing it; the plans the builders had, and wonder what happened that caused it all to go awry.
