Overall a killer photo. Tiny minor things do bug me.

Too much black. The straw the broke the camel's back for me was the nail polish.

The extended magazine on the M9 bothers me. An extended mag is more about function than form...they don't photograph very well...makes me think the mag is falling out.

I would have like to see her look a bit dirtier, not like she just stepped out of the shower, but more like she just rubbed out a hand full of terrorists.

I'm pleased with the fact that her finger is off the trigger, it makes the photo more real, as though she might have actually had a bit of training rather than just a pretty face who was handed a prop. I also like that the M9 looks like it has seen service rather than some neglected safe queen.

I'm not going to beat you up about the composition and angles, you've gotten enough of that, but I will mention the flag...

Use great care when using the flag (of any nation) in photos such as this. Any minor thing can be considered a slight or a display of disrespect, unless you intend to be disrespectful of a flag - such a political commentary, but I don't see that as the case here. More likely, it was a convenient backdrop.

One more thing, when the US flag is displayed dismounted (not on a flag pole), the field of stars must be on the left without regard to orientation (vertical or horizontal).

This WAS a good image.
I think the processing was too heavy handed. I find myself spending more time thinking about what was done to the image than I do about the image itself.

I'm not usually a fan of low contrast shots, but this one works for me.

I love that movie!

Good lighting. Did you use a grid for this or is that a flashlight?

Not a pic I'd hang on my wall, either.

It was a last minute idea (transition from clothed to nude with my ugly feet). I snapped it off 10 minutes before the deadline, hence the embarrassingly low score.

color is a bit muted. A bit of saturation might get the dearly departed to pop off the image a bit more.
