I made my screen smaller so I could get the full effect of the wide angle and it's very impressive - a real sense of looking up, I felt like I was there - except I see in color (grin) It's also a nice study of human behaviors when they don't know they are being observed - nicely done in every way.

While I use lighting, I haven't tried to shoot glass - to me this looks excellent and as others have mentioned, no blown highlights - love the colors and the detail - nicely done indeed.

It's a great shot with excellent detail for a bird in flight. The thing I look for is the glint in it's eye and, if applicable, it's beak and it's talons and you nailed both. As for the crop - I usually like to see them more in a landscape mode with the bird having lots of room to fly into but that's not always possible - considering this is a true wildlife shot, it's good enough to be in a bird identification book. Great job!
