Awesome shot! Black and white goes very well with the mood. Nice pose of the boy. Right choice of location. The center portion looks too bright and steals attention away from the boy. That could have been taken care of.

Good choice for the challenge. Like how you have laid the focus on the tip of the needle and the way in which the syringe is coming into the frame diagonally. What did not work for me in this image is the overall exposure and white balance. The whole image looks a bit flat to me. Because of the light background the small drop in front of the needle is almost lost.

Good choice. I can see that she is crying because of some kind of pain, either physical or mental. Good exposure and clarity, especially the eyes. I do not if the cry was real, if not, a good show by the model. :)
