Un/Controlled Aggressionby DogmanComment: Excellent! If your camera allows this I would have been tempted to open up the aperture (smaller F stop) to reduce the depth of field so that the dog was still sharp and the guy was slightly less in focus - at the moment he's so sharp he's distracting from the action (mind you, if you'd done this you would have got comments about it not being a people shot!). Assuming it wasn't me taking this shot - I'd suggest getting lower down so that the dog really is right on top of you. |

mirror, mirror on the wallby ohsmomComment: I'm struggling to see how you lit this shot. There are a couple of clear indicators that it's flash (harsh shadows, slight red eye on the child) which I think let the shot down a bit. However, if it is flash, you did well to stop the mirror giving a massive hot spot. |

beach boysby wolfjackComment: This would have been even better without the foreground. I know the rules don't allow it, but this would really suit a panaoramic style wide format. |

The Pitchby AnAUTigerComment: Great action shot - shame about the trees on the right which are distracting |

Footballby karmatComment: Like the focusing on this one (nice idea to blur the closest hands) but the harsh shadows detract a bit and the moving object isn't clearly identifiable which makes the composition a bit confusing. |

Battleshipby #1 Bronco FanComment: Nice composition but the graininess really lets this down - looks like a high magnification enlargement. |
