When I was younger I took a 2 day trip up the river on a tug just like that... This picture probably got low marks for the "point and shoot" feel. Probably a different angle, a warmer light, different framing and some color saturation would have worked wonders.

I like the contrast between the silver bulb and the red...well, circles. The border fits nicely. The "China" label is a bit distracting but otherwise this is my favorite in this challenge - good luck! 9

I'm dissapointed on how ideas vs. mot-a-mot challenge interpretations are punished on DPC. At least a quarter of the pics in the Red challenge are quite uninspired (to put it midly) and badly executed. Yet, they get a better score than this one! David, you should've put a tomato on the table an take a snapshot at it, you would've been in the top 50%!
