wrong "your". "your" is possesive, meaning your thing. you meant "you're" as in you are. sorry ;]

actually, i focused right between his eyes, but yeah, a wider aperature would have helped :) ... he's just really close to the camera. you see, he's only about a foot or so long :]

you did an amazing editing job here! i enjoy every change you made to this photo: from blurring out the objects behind the window to making the area behind her black, you did astoundingly well! bravo!

oh, i meant the white portion of the picture, but you probably just used a backdrop. because i had a small budget and not many things to use as a backdrop, i kind of assumed that everyone else is in the same boat. so basically, all i was asking is if you used a backdrop of some sort or photoshoped the mouse into an environment void of anything but light. you answered my question anyways though, so thanks back!

i just came back to this thread, and you know, i think this is my favorite out of the five. it's the soft, pastel like colors that flow together so gently. typically, a blow out would be bad, but here, it complements the flower, making it feel like springtime, when the sun is out and such beauties spring to life from the after math of a cold barren wasteland. one of the most interesting aspects of this shot, in my opinion, is the highlights around parts of the petals. after returning to this thread, i'm adding this to my favs.
