Thanks again for the comment. I wondered if I should crop this some since it is an odd format for a portrait---horizontal and centered. That is the result of using the self timer without a tripod.

This looks like a ebay listing to me. Not much thought seems to have gone into the background and setting. There isn't much of a visual connection between the old bottles and the glass.

I really like the idea of this shot but her face looks weird right behind the camera like that. The way the camera is covering her mouth it looks like it is stuck to her face or she is eating it or kissing it or something. It's just an awkward capture, IMO, which is a shame because there was obviously a lot of thought that went into this and there most have been many shots to choose from. This seems like an odd choice to me.

This is a good subject but it seems to lack sharpness. I think I different angle would have worked better---something that shows more of the peeling paint and perhaps eliminates the weeds in the foreground which don't add much. This crop feels very cramped to me.

The lighting is flat and lacks drama. I don't care for the angle of view. I would have preferred side lighting for drama and contrast and a lower angle of view to lend an feeling of prominence to the camera. With the flat lighting and the overhead view this just looks to literal---almost like a very good ebay listing.

Bleah...it still looks pretty fresh so I don't get the choice of subject. The detail is washed out quite a bit. Did you mean for it to look so phallic? There just isn't anything of interest for me in this tight vertical crop. The other bananas just create more visual clutter in the background making this look even more cramped.
