To much orange saturation. Not good when you can't see the flow between the colors anymore. Maybe neat image would have helped blend the orange in the clouds with the blue.

I really don't like the yellow tones here. Looks like you had a hard time with lighting. Not quite sure why she is looking down but would have liked maybe a look towards the camera with her head still down. Would have giving more of a mystery to her. The bottle is a bother for me too..either the whole bottle or none at all.
