Not to nitpick, but the horizon looks ever so slightly crooked. Just rotate about .5 degrees CCW and it should be perfect. Excellent shot.

Very good concept, but I'm not sure if I like the end result. My recommendations would be to almost entirely burn out everything around the bed because it is very distracting from the image. Also I would burn out the strip of light going across the foot of the bed. Next I would also recommend using a diffusion effect on photoshop to soften the image.
