I like this one. Then you could have bypassed the other title that bothered some people. I don't know if this would have scored better (I stopped trying to figure out DPC voters a long time ago). As far as pictures go, I did like the other one better, but I don't know how many lowered their vote because of the title (I didn't by the way).

You have captured "Solitude" in a great way. I love the misty feel that he is walking into. However, the wood at the bottom of the picture is kinda distracting to me. I wonder how it would look cropped to just above the wood pieces. I think having just the person be the dark color of the picture might impress more of a feeling of solitude. Just an idea. But I still really like this photo.

She is absolutely gorgeous! I love the way you did the lighting. The only critique I may have is that I would like it if she was looking and reaching into the picture instead of out of the frame (so, more of the grass and dandelions in front of her instead of behind her). I hope that makes sense. But I love the picture anyway.
