B&W Shell by ryandComment: Nice macro subject, and a good choice for B+W. Pretty good DOF control, but you might want to stop down just a bit more, as it looks a little soft at both ends of the shell. I like the dark feel of the background, which helps offset the shell. |

Forestby cogeroxComment: Love the composition and lighting in this shot; really gives you a sense of both the forest and the trees. Would like a bit more detail in the frontmost trunk, but that might have thrown off the lighting in the scene. |
