Week 10by SonifoComment: As I was scrolling through the thumbnails, this is the one that caught my coworkers' eye. You get the thumbs up from the folks at Fiore Furniture. :) Adorable. Absolutely perfect setup and execution. |

11.52 Ibiby MelethiaComment: Very nice portrait. Perfect crop. I would like to see just a tad more depth of field. The edge of the hood and the eye closer to the camera is out of focus. But the out of focus tree in the background is amazing. Such a great pattern there. |

Lostby dainmcgowanComment: Count me among those wanting to know where this is. I think that's a tall building on the far left, so you're somewhere civilized. It's a very interesting subject. Well done, well processed. Great detail. If you had taken a step to the left, could you have eliminated the building? Would you have run into problems on the right? |

didge & dogby RetroesqueComment: Nice candid street scene. I like the processing. The depth and detail is fabulous. Perfectly crisp from front to back. Everything just really jumps out. Although, is there a smudge on your lens? Start with the guy holding the big stick and go straight up just above the trees. There are some streaks that look like they could be cleaned up. Nothing major, maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me. |

Dreams Over Broadway by pawdrixComment: The girl in the middle needs to step up her game, she needs to limber up. :) Great shot, good job spotting and getting the picture. |

Peek-a-Boo Outtakeby SandyPComment: That's a cool shot. Love it. How big is he? He looks so tiny, but you say turtles were climbing on him, so he must be bigger than he looks. |

Good Morning, Fine Spring Dayby SandyPComment: I should just create a stamp for posting comments on all your images to save myself some typing every time one comes along. Something like: "Wow! What a gorgeous shot. Absolutely stunning, fantastic, beautiful." :)
I like the B&W version better, also. And let me thank you for using a deeper depth of field. So often, with macros of insects, people go so shallow that only a tiny sliver of the insect is in focus. This shot is perfect. Just enough to get the entire butterfly and the leaf in focus, while leaving a beautiful background. |

A Mailbox Forlornby trevytrevComment: It's a nice simple scene that tells a story. Nice job. And that's the perfect depth of field, with the house just slightly out of focus. |
