That camera man is interesting. But I think I would have sacrificed his appearance to place that ladies face in a more photogenic (Rule of thirds) area.

I don't know what change you are referring to. There seems to be a distracting white anomaly in the upper right hand corner. I think cropping this such that the person was in the right rule of thirds grid line would have made this better.
