Heatby dmaddenComment: Very well done. I'm getting what appears to be just the slightest of halo effect around parts of the upper lighthouse, but the sky is superb. |

Sun behind the ridges..by bnileshComment: Very nice, mellow shot. Really like the subtle gradations in the mountains in the foreground. Excellent! - 9 |

Searching for the Pot of Goldby kashiComment: Tones are very harsh here and the scene seems generally overexposed. On my monitor the rainbow is barely visible; first impression was that the sky was just blown out. |

straight before this beautiful dark black captureby boysetsfireComment: hmmm... points for trying an artistic twist with the (journal?) text overlay. I'm going to have to come back to this and look at it again before the challenge ends. Not sure about the shadow. Georgeous colors. -- On second look, still don't really care for the shadow, but like the rest overall, quite a bit. - 8 |

Concrete Landscapeby darnokComment: Cool. Surreal colors. This is edging into processing territory that I tend not to like, but I think it works for this shot. The effect on the trees in the foreground reminds of shooting with tungsten-based slide film. Hope you aren't getting grief from people saying it isn't a landscape, because it most certainly is. - 8 |

Austrian Alpsby grbryaComment: Cool photo. The structure adn the tree seem a little cramped on the left and there is a bit too much grass in the foreground for my taste, but they sky and details on the mountains is very nice. - 7 |

Rainbow Rocketby cogeroxComment: Great capture. I know this is expert editing and I shouldn't trust my eyes, but I do hope that the rainbow is real and not added in post. The captured transition between the stormy and the clearing sky is very well done. - 8 |

Far and Awayby faeryComment: Very cool. Is the blur applied in post (I'm guessing yesas it seems a little too uniform to be natural) or part of the original image. Either way, very nice capture and beautifully composed. - 8 |

A Day Outby sarberComment: Very harsh and clashing tones. The power line (?) running through the upper-middle third is very distracting. |

colour by pixelsby adrian2208Comment: Nice colors, tones, and watercolor effect. But I wish that there was a little more detail so that it didn't just make my eyes feel like it is out of focus, or not fully rendered. This impression may have more to do with what appears to be a lot of digital artifacting, rather than the image being OOF or abstract. |
