Congaby klkitchensComment: I can hear the movement of his fingers, tapping out a beat, one movement, melding into the next, scarcely having left the movement prior. The movement shown really conveys the sound. Nicely cropped. |

Squawk!by TillyTigerComment: Their sound is thunderous when in groups and yet, ever so peaceful when beside water...especially, the roar of waves, pounding over the beach. I can almost hear them as they squawk in an attempt to go after the food being thrown out for the masses. Bring out a lot of memories. Beautiful capture and fits the challenge well! |

Living in the negative space by iyadrallyComment: Wow, this is really nice! Really different! The color and textures of the sand and the single palm in the shot, against the blue sky should do really well. Nicely done! |

Very Lonesome Tonightby hlinnetComment: Amazing, isn't it, to find a single tree, overlooking a city as though it's a guard for the city or, perhaps, a reminder of what we tear down to build our cities. Really nice capture. Seems a bit oversaturated with color but, the effects really make the shot. |

Thanks For Catching Meby npaselComment: If a tree falls in a forest and there's no one there to hear it, does it make a sound? *smile* I'm not sure that this qualifies as a "single tree" but, I like that you captured a natural happening in nature that not too many of us really think about. |

Prelude to a Stormby QikiComment: Beautiful textures between the grass and the sky, the roughness of the grass and the soft texture of the clouds. Makes one want to rest under that tree on a hot day! |

To get dark in lonelinessby La_DamaComment: I love the colors in the clouds! I think that since there was very little of the ground in the shot, perhaps, having cropped off the remaining bit may have focused solely on the upper branches of the tree? (I'm commenting only) |
