Thiefby KarenNfldComment: Well done on the top 10 finish. ANother stunning shot and I am grateful that you explained exactly how you had managed to set this up
Your neighbour may think you are nuts but I think you are a fantastically creative photographer whose execution matches their imagination
Great image |

springby RetroesqueComment: Cool shot Lisa. I dont know why but in a way it made me think of a prison cell (not that I would know what a prison cell looked like obviously) with the flower and vase representing the fact that things of beauty can be found everywhere
Good job |

Stadium Styleby colorcarnivalComment: Sighhhhhhh....Well I cant believe this scored as low as it did because I think it is a great image.
Guess you have two choices...Play safe and score well or take the photos that you like and run the risk of others not liking them. I have to say I think you made the right choice. Great repetitive pattern and strong leading lines
Still at least you got perhaps the greatest ever comment on DPC about it!! |

Tranquil Sunsetby jackal9Comment: Jack...super shot which kinda of brings to mind minarets in Turkey. Love the fact that there is so much in the image yet it does not seem crowded. Outstanding colouration as well |

Phoenix Risingby KarenNfldComment: Karen
Great capture that not only meets the criteria of the challenge but does so in a wonderful way. The ducks wings are fantastic and to have not only caught them half open like this but to have been able to centre them to provide symettry is wonderful. The gentle ripples really help set this off as well. Superb |

Liberty ... inspired by goodmanby RetroesqueComment: Lisa
Quite a brave choice to try and deja vu 'Cherika', the fact that youare sitting on a new personal best shows it paid off big time. However this picture is not about what you score it is about having the most magnificent portrait of your truly beautiful daughter. I hope this is getting framed and is to be hung on a wall somewhere.

Another good placing, although I have to say I scored this much higher than it got. I thought this was a great take on the challenge, different and well executed. I love the diagonal that has been created by the four main hanging lights. Cool |

Martini Blueby PhilipDyerComment: Excellent concept wonderfully delivered, the over exposed background is great. An 8 from me and I feel that this could well be a ribbon winner |
