Day 9 - Buggedby JutildaComment: Great image, the grainy texture is odd, beacuse it appears to impact on the petals of the daisy and the background, yet the bee/wasp/hornet has a sharpness and clarity than - in comparison - is noise free, this (for me) just adds to the 3D effect of the shot. I have seen insects on flowers images lots of time before, but never like this. Very appealing to the eye |

The Flower Fairy (Day 8)by colorcarnivalComment: I love it when there is a 'proper' story to go along with an image
Fantastic shot and would love to have the ability to isolate colour elements of an image like this
The shadow of the hand reaching for the tulips is a great touch to an already striking image |

Pineconeby MelethiaComment: Deb
Only a 'real' photographer could use the expression "found this branch on the ground. Brought it home" and not be considered mad
Lovely dof on this shot and - especially compared to yesterday - love the dead space.
Strangely enough I have a bowl of pine cones about 2 feet away from me which I thought might make a decent entry for this challenge...Given that you have done this so well I guess I needn't bother now.
Quite different from your norm, yet still a lovely image |

Peekby bananashayComment: Great shot, love the effect of the subject appearing to look at the camera. Possibly could do with a crop to lose the metal struts of the landing mat |

Up and Overby docurrieComment: Wow what a great picture, as it appeared on my screen all I could see was the riders face and it appeared so serene I thought it would just be of someone riding. Too then see that she is jumping (and that you have captured it so well) is a real treat. Only minus for me is the tree background on the left which is (imo) not pleasing to the eye and a bit distracting |

Agilityby suemackComment: Ok gotta be honest I was struggling a bit as to whether this was a sport or not...Then I just though to hell with it, its a magnificent photo filled with action and vitality...Possibly would have prefered the crop to have lost the person on the right, but even as it is ...9 |
