An excellent illustration of a terrible statistic, the frosted glass works very well and this would make an exceptionally good magazine advert (thats a compliment btw)

Really interesting image, not too sure how you created it, but the colours make it strangely appealling

OK possibly a bit unfair for me to react to this one as I am not a great fan of 'transclucent reflections' such as this

1. I like the grainy feel which works well with the subject and the fact that it is in B&W.

2. The reflection in the top pane of glass is great, it is sharp and the horizontals compliment the verticals of the frame

3. The transclucence of the bottom pane (for me and to my personal taste) is a bit messy and does not really add to or suit the (grainy) clarity of the rest of the image.

In a challenge I would probably score this a 5/6

OK well I am writing this without looking at other entries so feel free to disregard as appropriate

1. I love the folds that you have created, they give a real 3D feel to the image.

2. The reds and the blacks are very well balanced and compliment each other well

3. My only possible issue is that you have almost photographed this 'too well' for the silky smooth challenge. The outstanding focus means that you can pick out the weave which gives it a slightly textured/rougher feel

A very good image but possibly (in terms of the challenge) could have done with being slightly softer focus

Woah something very original in terms of this challenge and - for me - it works magnificently. Love the concept and execution and DOF is perfect for the shot

I can certainly see the idea although for me this does not shout double take (although is certainly nothing like a DNMC) Very good image though, 7 (though may have scored it 1 point higher in something like a free study
