On the Harborby silverscreenComment: LOL lovely image for the challenge it took me a fair time to spot waldo, and I love the fact that once you have seen his head you have to ask yourself how did I miss that. I may have cropped the picture slightly above the plimsoll line of the S38 boat because of first sight it looked almost as if there was some form of colour distortion on the image
Cleverly composed and spot on for the challenge |

Waldo in the Lost Worldby MichaelCComment: Cool shot, I am just having to retype this message because for ages I though Waldo was behind the fence under the thatched roof in the background (although I was going to ask you why she was wearing what appeared to be a wedding dress and then I saw the head popping up from behind the gravestone. Many congratualtions, an excellent image in its own right, nice technicals and a brilliantly hidden Waldo. I hope people are more observant than me and you dont get criticsed for 'not having a waldo' Very clever and very well done |

Los Girasoles by Gaby_GComment: I see images like this on DPC and I realise just how far I have to travel in terms of concepts and delivery of these ideas. Unique in the challenge and I couldnt even guess how you could improve this technically. My only possible comment would be I wonder whether with the eye shut rather than open whether you could have created an even more hidden person. Got a feeling I may well be seeing you on the front page in the next few days
Congratulations on producing such an awesome image |

Master Of Disguiseby JawnyRicoComment: I love derelict houses like this and the fact that you cant tell whether waldo is hiding or preparing to jump out a scare the living daylights out of you
Great tones (though I might have cropped just beneath the guttering on the house in the foreground as it seems to be casting quite a weird light
Good shot!!!!!! |

Personal Reflectionby jeroweComment: Possibly the only time I have felt slightly menaced by a Waldo. Nice lighting and starburst, the shot kind off transcends waldo and goes into a terrific urban scene |

Out In The Fieldby Mr_PantsComment: Nice composition in terms of waldos head hitting a rule of third line and the desatting of waldo and the flower in the foregrond provide a great counterpoint to the field |

Afternoon Walkaboutby NaldComment: OK can I make a confession...I think this picture is absolutely stunning, and I mean truely glorious!!! Wonderful colours and just excellent dof, but (gasp) to me waldo actually spoils it a bit. If you ever reshot this and entered it into a free study (without Waldo) I would be hitting the 10 button without a moments hesitation (and I reckon you would be easily able to sell it as a print). Still very nice as it is (and I do appreciated that without Waldo then there was no challenge entry) |

Desert Southwestby tfarrell23Comment: Wow, Waldo looks to be a long way from everywhere as he heads down the track. Glorious landscape which just looking at makes me feel hot and thirsty, love the softer tones and the border works very well |

Downtownby meneleComment: A wonderful shot which has grown on me. When I first saw it I thought 'oh empty street, nice but no real wow' Spent ages looking at various mini blobs wondering 'is that Waldo' then looked beyong the tall building and realised it was a model village (which makes the tap springing out of the bush more understandable...I was wondering what the hell it was)
Hopefully I am right about it being a model village aren I, if not run for your life a giant is attacking
Possibly could have been a touch sharper but in terms of this challenge a true little marvel 8 |
