This would have done REALLY well in the reflection challenge a few weeks back -great lighting and composition. I am just not a fan of diagonal composition where water is involved unless the action of (or on) the water in the subject i.e. a surfer or crashing waves against rocks.

nice architectural abstract. Despite the number of diagonals, I feel that the main compositional thrust(as per the challenge) is not on a diagonal due to the structure itself being dead-on vertical.

Sorry, for me the diagonal compositon just does not work in this instance; especially with the water.

the image does have diags, but IMO it did not meet the challenge..."incorporate a diagonal axis as the major compositional thrust of your image"
