white bg does not seem to be the best for the intended dramatic mood. besides I think a real "WHAT!?!" produces some additional tension this shot does not show. I would try putting the camera a bit lower to have a better perspective of the hands, forming a triangle with the face, but that is just my opinnion.. what do I know?

IMO a shallower DOF would have worked better....wires and stains in the wall are distracting, specially the vertical wire right behind the cell phone.
