The almost perfect non-intersecting and balanced paths of the pencils are truly amazing! The more I look at it the more I think how well executed it is...and more questions come to my mind to learn how to do this. I hope reading them does not bother you too much :-)

Given the technique you used it seems like it could take hundreds or thousands of shots to get one like this. It would be great if you could tell us how many shots, approx, did you take? Is this a cropped composition? If yes, did you crop to balance? or the black bg felt short?. Thanks for your time and patience.
