Virtuoso by md8speedComment: Fantastic job and congrats! While there were several other images that had the same components as your entry, you were able to give the image almost a three dimensional feel due to the use of post processing. |

I really felt this was a top 5 finisher - especially with the theme of the picture (kids of all backgrounds working together through music) as it fit so perfectly into the School Days theme. Parts of a Flowerby KarenNfldComment: Fantastic image and so fitting with the spirit (at least as I read it) of this challenge. The colors are very vibrant, the details around the flower are well placed, and the cropping is well done (love the diagram of the flower!). |

The Island of Kauaiby staabComment: I like the dramatic lighting of the bright clouds against the dark ocean and cliffs. The mist in the canyon dead center really adds to this. It might be neat to try taking these in RAW and doing some HDR and tonemapping on some of these single images to pull out some more detail. Thanks for sharing. |
