Very nice composition. Maybe cropped a bit tight, but it's hard to balance the tightness of the crop and amount of detail in 640 pixels wide.

An interesting and unusual perspective on wildlife. The angle of the shot is really interesting, but it makes getting a good shot really hard, because it's too easy to blow out the sky. It might have worked better to shoot the pigeons in a more attractive setting, say in a park or on a statue.
