Hmmm...nice lighting and silhouette. The composition is interesting, but maybe too heavy on the right side. Maybe a bit oversharpened, I can see some halos around the girl, and at the horizon line. I can also see some banding in the sky. Overall, it's a lovely shot, that would probably score better without the processing artifacts.

Overall, this is a lovely portrait, the lighting is nice and soft, it's nicely composed and framed, and the expression on her face is good. The main problem is with the focus. The focus seems to be on her shirt instead of her eyes.

I like the variety of blues in the shot, the cyan of the water against the blue of the sky. The lighting is a bit harsh, and the colors are a bit flat, though. Maybe a shot taken earlier or later in the day would work better.
