Composition: I like the position of the centre part to the right. I think I would have tried to fill the frame with the lights rather than leaving the slightly dark bottom part.
Technical: Nice exposure. Seems very slightly blurred on the fixed objects, I guess this may have been handheld?

Overall impression: Nice idea, composition could tidy up the photo I think.

Composition: I would have been very tempted to crop! Remove the two white lines above the 400 and Play 3 white bars. Something I find hard myself is being central to the shot - hence the spinning wheels aren't parallel to the frame.
Technical: Pretty good focus and contrast.
Meets challenge: Yes
Overall impression: I think fixing the above would improve the shot dramatically. Good effort though.

Technical: In colour I think you might not have got away with such a shallow DOF, but in B&W the 'soft focus' looks good.
