Great photo - but just for fun, if the wooden man was pushing the orange up hill and titled "The Nightmare of Sisyphus" it would be perfect! IMHO. But then how mant DPCers know greek mythology.

Very clever: image and title. I wish the carrot wasn't so dry.

First, It's very clever! Second, the title reads to me as Boo (as in you scared me)...adding more O's would make it a crowd reaction -...BOOOOOO - JMHO. Still I like the shot.

very, very nice - your concept, the splash, the peppers, I especially like the DOF from the fingers (the peppers are an obvious focus)to the forearm. Also interesting are that the splashes, they are sized according to where I ought to be looking, then , like "connect the dots" it takes me through the rest of the photo. You must have had the water pressure "just right". It's a moment frozen in time. It's just delicious to look at. Whatever did you make with those after cleaning?

Great expression on the girl's face. The glasses are not at all distracting. I also like the hair - typical if the age group 4th or 5th grade?...I wish there was another angle without so much background, but then if you had to choose from the shots you took, I see why this was entered. Upon walking away, the background does not take away at all (I always walk away from a photo for a fresh look). In fact, it adds to the sense of "school" the sense of which is not really represented among the entries.

The pose seems to be forced, but still it addresses the theme. I assume the student is looking at a clock? 7

I wish the light wasn't there, but the child's expression makes up for that. My favorite part of the photo...the child's feet hardly hit the floor. Great capture! 9
