Make-up..excellent flower..forced open shirt..not cross dressing enough for the challenge, just acting holding the purse. Still a great shot, better that some I have seen --> 8 because of the face and make-up. I have seen good drag shows. ok --> 9 I know some drag queens who would do this shot.

I was ready to sack this as a 4 or 5, but the pose of the model is on the back leg - just as models are taught to do when facing the cameras to offer a slim view - that's brilliant and knowledgeable for the shot...9. BTW he is on his way. Nathan Lane has nothing over him (re: Bird Cage).

The broken back chair rail offers more meaning to the the photo for me. I hope other voters saw it as well. As a whole, I thought the photo was ill-conceived until I saw the broken rail - very creative! The wig is too neatly placed - maybe still on his head - say, side ways? It seems like a party of some truth-or-dare nature. I mean, he does have his balck sock on and the title might suggest as much. I am thinking he lost the bet/game? Concerns: The wear mark from the sock on the ankle and the sneaker in the background. However, given the positioning of the sneaker, I realize it could be intentional because the placement could be for the other foot. Now in realizing this, perhaps in the excitement of getting new shoes home...you got this photo. You got bumped 3^ because I commented myself into a better score for you...How funny is that?
