The Church is Closedby Frank_berlinComment: I'm bad for shooting this type of angle too. Straight on is rarely interesting. Shoot this building at a different time of day so you can shoot from a front angle to see what a difference it makes.
Your submission is also on the small size. Try to use the full size allowed (800 px on the longest side). |

The Churchby whiterookComment: The church is here. Somewhere. Its just hidden by a whole bunch of trees. |

Saintby massmediakid31Comment: A little undersized (use the full 800 px please) and though this is a religious icon its not a church. |

Divine lightby ELLIPSComment: this looks like it should actually be rotated 90 degrees. I keep trying to turn my head sideways to look at it! |

The City-Slums Mosqueby jencruzComment: interesting idea but I really have no idea why you have such a harsh halo around the dome of the mosque. |

White Dove of the Desertby gunsmith6Comment: Ow...processing is a bit much. There are strange artifacts, haloing and oversaturation as a result. Its a beautiful building but your processing takes away from it. Also use the full size allowed, you have 800 px (on the longest edge) to work with. |

St. Paul's Chapel, NYC - George Washington prayed here by PennyStreetComment: I remember when I was here in 2005. I just didn't feel right taking pictures in here. Too many ghosts I guess. Ironically I had no problem taking pictures of Ground Zero itself.
Personal commentary aside this is a great image. It has interesting composition and I like the use of monochrome to help emphasize the soft light and interesting textures of the interior. |

the Cathedral of Christ the Lightby BrennanOBComment: A bit oversharpened as there are some artifacts particularly in the sky. That being said you shot this at the perfect time of night. The reflection is great. I just wish you were back a bit to give more room in the sky above the structure and the reflected sky. |
